By using PassNear you agree to these terms. If you list a profile you also agree to pay the advertised subscription for the plan you choose.

The service

PassNear is a directory. We do not employ instructors, book lessons, take a cut of lesson fees, or guarantee a pass. A listing is advertising space plus search placement — not an endorsement of teaching quality.

Learners

Search and the learning hub are free. Reviews must be honest and about a lesson you actually took. We may withhold or remove reviews. Hub articles are general information, not official DVSA instruction.

Instructors

You confirm you are entitled to teach (ADI or PDI as applicable) and that contact details and prices are accurate. You will not use the site to collect leads for a third-party marketplace. We may hide a profile that is unpaid, paused, misleading or abusive.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the directory, post spam, impersonate the DVSA, or upload photos you do not have rights to. We may refuse service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for lessons, accidents, test outcomes or instructor unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
