Car practical waiting times in Scotland have been long for years. DVSA publishes guidance and you book on GOV.UK. Any number you see on a forum, a Facebook group or a screenshot is already out of date.

Cancellation-watcher apps
Several unofficial apps watch for cancelled tests and ping you. Some learners in Glasgow and Renfrewshire find them useful; some find them noisy. They are not DVSA products. If an app offers you a date, log into GOV.UK and confirm the slot yourself before you tell your instructor.
